Minimum order is 200 UAH.
Delivery outside of Ukraine
It is carried out by Ukrposhta. The cost of delivery depends on the region and is calculated according to Ukrposhta tariffs.
The minimum order amount is $10.
Delivery terms
For European countries, 7-10 days.
For North American countries, 10-15 days.
For countries in other regions, 10-20 days.
Payment methods for orders in Ukraine
Cash: Payment can be made in cash for pickup.
Payment at the terminal in the store.
Payment by bank card (LIQPAY): you can pay for the order by Visa, Mastercard bank card online immediately after
placing the order on the site. Attention! The manager checks the payment manually. The status of the order to "paid" does not change immediately.
Upon receipt at Nova Pochta: payment can be made upon receipt of the goods at Nova Pochta, if the order amount is over UAH 400. Attention! With this
payment method, the cost of the order automatically increases by 3% for remittance.
Payment methods for orders outside of Ukraine
Payment by bank card (LIQPAY): you can pay for the order by Visa, Mastercard bank card online immediately after
placing the order on the site.

Terms of return and exchange
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the day of sale or receipt of the goods,
provided that the product type of the purchased game, packaging, and documents confirming the fact of purchase are preserved.
Return conditions for goods of good quality.
When returning goods, you must have your passport, check and the goods with you.
Important! If the payment was cashless, the refund is also cashless. At the same time, you also need to have with you the
check issued by the terminal.
Residents of other cities can send the goods back using the delivery service. If the product has preserved its appearance and packaging, we will exchange it for
you or refund your money.
Delivery of good quality goods for exchange or return is paid by the buyer.
If a factory defect is detected, delivery is paid for by the store.
The product cannot be returned if:
• the product was in use and has signs of use
• the product is not fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is broken.
